0 star, can yall please just report the tf out this page on instagram and any other platform their on, this the worst place you could ever get a order from 2 years nothing and I can’t even get my refund on my grill no matter who tf I get in contact with.

It’s been 2 years. I haven’t received a thing. I placed my order in 2024 everything was going smoothly until I got a notification about my grills going through QC, but months past and I never received anything. I contacted them to come to find out they lost my mold. Sent me a new one and sent it back. More months past I contacted them and they said again they lost my mold again. I asked for a refund from Patrice who then proceeded to ask for my Zelle and Venmo and I received nothing! Then Eli whose the co-owner contacted me personally for the same information and I’ve still yet to receive my refund. No communication all of a sudden, I’ve dm their Instagram, text, call, and I get nothing. This place is a straight up scam they had alllll these issues with “production” and asked customers to be patient and flexed on Instagram like they are fulfilling orders that were late because of the issue. But I never received anything and now it’s like every time I contact them it’s being ignored. A SCAM! I

Quick to take your money but they disappear whenever you ask for a refund😂 I ordered my grillz back in February, took 2 months to come in, sent the impression to them and they sent it back with no explanation why. I’ve been asking for a refund for months now and still no answer. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I ordered grillz back in June. Sent my impressions and I have not heard anything since. I’ve tried to be patient and cut them some slack. But they will not communicate at all. I’ve sent a great amount of emails and messages on their website. It’s definitely a scam. I need my money back at this point I don’t want an update or anything at this point. It’s my fault for not checking reviews before ordering. They have a great social media team. Which got me. Please don’t fall for it!!!

Hi, We completely understand your frustration, and we truly apologize for the lack of communication and the long delay. You’re absolutely right to be upset — no one should have to wait this long or feel ignored after making a purchase. The truth is, Water ATL went through a very difficult period, and operations were paused for months while I worked to raise the funds needed to keep the business from going under. It wasn’t about taking people’s money and disappearing — it was survival. That said, the lack of updates and delays are completely on me, and I take full responsibility. Email inquiries are currently being responded to, but I’ll be honest — I’m extremely slammed and working through a heavy backlog one by one. I appreciate your patience more than you know. If you haven’t received your order or a refund yet, please know I’m still committed to making things right. We’re slowly getting back on track and working to rebuild trust, even if it takes time. Warmest regards, Patrice Taffo Founder, Water ATL
Ghosted and never received UPDATE: The owner left a message on my rating. I emailed them and they responded apologizing. They told me to send my order info to personally resolve the issue, so I did. No response. I asked them to please keep some sort of communication. It’s been since June 20th. I emailed them on the July 3rd for any kind of update or response. Nothing. lol. The lack of communication is beyond me. Regardless if your company is struggling to stay afloat you need to communicate it. There is no excuse for how poorly you handled and continue to handle this situation. “ It wasn’t a case of “dipping out” — it was a case of trying to keep the business alive” -owner This is the thing. You don’t care about your customers who essentially are the ones that would keep your “business”alive. Ignoring and avoiding people is not doing anything for your business and sure as hell not for the people who’s money you’ve taken. You’ve got a lot of pride.

Hi, I want to start by saying I completely understand your frustration. There’s no excuse for the delays, the lack of communication, or the experience you’ve had — and I take full responsibility. The truth is, Water ATL was on the brink of shutting down. As the founder (Patrice Taffo), I hit a point where there simply wasn’t enough money to fulfill the orders we had. A combination of unexpected business issues, manufacturing problems, and financial strain pushed us to the edge. I had to completely pause operations and focus on raising the money needed to save the company and make things right — not just short-term fixes, but a real restart. It was the hardest season I’ve ever been through as a business owner. I know communication should’ve been better, and for many of you, it felt like we disappeared. That’s on me, and I own that. But I want you to know we’re now rebuilding — slowly but surely. Orders have been going out again. We’ve streamlined everything and made major changes to ensure this never happens again. If your order is still pending or unresolved, we want to make it right. Please feel free to reach out directly, and I’ll personally make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you for even considering supporting us in the first place. That means more than you know. Warmest regards, Patrice Taffo Founder, Water ATL
