This was my first time to shop with Watchuwant and will not be my last. The process was honest, seamless and the watch i purchased was in excellent condition, just as advertised. I would highly recommend both Chris Distephano and the Watchuwant team.

The fact that I made a repeat purchase speaks for itself. The watch was exactly as described, great and very courteous service. Will buy again.

It was my first purchase at Watch-u-Want. All in all a very positive experience. The very first contact took place in the live chat, where I started discussing my needs with Eric Glass, who is knowleadgeable, professional and very attentive to details. I looked at five different watches, and when I made an appointment to visit Watch-u-Want it turned out that all the five watches appeared exactly as in the photos posted online. I ended up buying a Jaeger LeCoultre, which is as I expected from the photos. Everything is indeed as it appears online, it is a serious company, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I traded in a couple of my watches, and the communication was timely, reliable and helpful. This is a great place for beginners to seasoned watch collectors. Watchuwant does all the heavy lifting on getting your watch sold, traded, etc. I was assigned a personal rep, who was available to me from start to finish.

Watchuwant is priced better than the rest. " Used, but indistinguishable from new" just means NEW. This is the second time I bought a watch from them and again a fast insured and trackable delivery to Europe. 100% satisfaction. I will buy from them again without hesitation! Josh Thanos, thanks again, regards Rick.
