I had trouble with Canadian customs for the second parcels which was containing watch's box and papers. One parcel would be just fine... Otherwise, the watch was just as fine as it was looking on ebay.

Bought a Bell and Ross watch from them. The watch jumped up a minute when you started and stopped the chrono. I returned the watch and they gave me a full refund with NO dog and pony show. Was a pleasure to deal with them I will definitely be back. You can shop with confidence with these guys

The negotiation took a bit of back and forth and like all negotiations, each party thinks their perception is right. At the end, there was a bit of compromise on both parties though I feel I gave in more. Once we agreed, shipping was fairly easy though we faced some custom issues since I don't currently reside in the US. That resolved itself though in a few days so was not a big issue.

well my transactions with watchuwant are definitely worry free as trust is of supreme importance. However, negotiation of pricing is a bit difficult. It would be nice once a while can give some good discount from the price stated. Appreciate that really...
