I received a quality product and it arrived very quickly.

I was disappointed when I found out that my order had been split with different delivery dates, causing me to have to find an additional supplier, and different vases. This was time consuming, however I was satisfied with the vases delivered on time.

I shopped for soup spoons (online & in local stores) for a Christmas gift. Wasserstrom's site had the best selection and the best prices. Delivery was quick and the product was of high quality and an excellent value. Would be happy to shop there again & recommend highly.

i ordered glass from Wasserstrom and easily did it all online and i was sent a conformation number and tracking number that day. the merchandise arrived right on schedule. I recommend this company without reservation.

Item wasn't cheap, but it's exactly what I need and should last forever.

I purchased wine glasses through Amazon. Wasserstrom fulfilled the order. When I opened the box, I realized I ordered the wrong glasses. I called the company directly and was given easy instructions to return the glasses. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and professional. I then ordered the right ones through the company's website which ended up less expensive than ordering through Amazon! I will go to Wasserstrom directly whenever I need to order more barware.
