Need better communication on delivery. Shipment arrived late in the day, discovered outside the next day

Sorry about that Walter. We do send out a tracking email the day it ships but we will consider adding more emails on delivery as well.

Our order was delayed a day but I was assured that it would still be good to eat. Some of the fish was partially thawed so I hope that as we make it through the order we won’t get sick.

The delivery was fast and secure, keeping it cold. The fish is so good. I am from Wisconsin, and I have lived there for over 50 years. I love and miss my Friday fish frys. It is part of my culture. I live in Texas now, and the fish is definitely not the same. This was my first order, and I will continue to order. I feel like I truly have a taste of home with me. Thank you.

First class customer service. A mistake was made in my order. I notified them and they corrected the problem with very little extra effort on my part. Quality fish coupled with customer satisfaction and value-priced!

delivered frozen as scheduled, easy to breakdown or add unopened to the freezer

Delivery was late and fish had already begun to thaw. Definitely not good for fish. You need to get on your delivery system. Second time I have had thawed product .

Hi Carol, sorry to hear about that. Yeah Fedex has been horrible lately and we are considering some changes and perhaps only using Overnight in some areas. Please let our support team know how we can make this right.
