Because of a mix up with Obamacare, I got an 11K tax bill. They were confident they could reduce it to only 10% of that. I had to pay $2500, plus $350 a month. THEN, after 3 months, they said because of my assets, that I should pay the full amount to the IRS. WHY did they not KNOW THIS BEFORE they took my $2500, +??? CROOKS, stay FAR AWAY!

I hired Wall & Associates in 2010 to help me deal with a tax lien. I was desperate and had no luck trying to deal with the IRS myself. I paid Wall & Associates $400 a month for 6 years - that's $24,000, then $300 a month for another year ($3,600). The reason the monthly fee was reduced was because they screwed up and missed a deadline, causing the last offer in compromise to be tossed out by the IRS and it had to be refiled so I requested a decrease in their fees. They act like they're doing something for you but months (and years) can go by and they're doing nothing, not even talking to the IRS. When they submitted the offers to the IRS (apparently they only made 3 attempts in 7 years) the information sent to the IRS was sparse, inaccurate and ultimately rejected by the IRS. They gave me advice on how to have the next offer accepted. I did all of those things (and more) and still they could not get a compromise approved by the IRS. This spring I reached a level of frustration because they couldn't get any action from the IRS and I needed a decision because I could FINALLY refinance a house and pay the tax lien. The offer had been submitted in December 2016 and the IRS was still kicking it around in June 2017. They have zero influence there. So after 7 years I'm out about $27,000. My tax bill was only $29,000 so by this time I could have paid the IRS off at $400 a month. Here's the real kicker. After paying $27,000 to Wall, my tax bill (with interest and penalties) is now up to $45,000. Those delays from both Wall and the IRS added up. So, I'm out $72,000 over what was a $29,000 tax bill. When I terminated my relationship with them I asked how they would compensate me for this total waste of money - no response. Customer Service never called back. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, they were unable to help. If Wall & Associates didn't think they could help me, they shouldn't have accepted me as a client. I called my Senator's office for help with the IRS and they flat out told me I should have called them for help earlier and these types of companies just rip you off. They sure did. I would not recommend their services to anyone. You need help with the IRS? Call your Senator's office. They'll help for free. 9/25/17 UPDATE: my bill right now from the IRS is $45K so there is NO WAY it was $44K in 2010 or even 2011. Serious misinformation from Wall & Associates - maybe that's why they couldn't reach a settlement with the IRS for me.

They are COMPLETE SCUMBAG SCAM ARTISTS the only one getting a deal are people who are TRULY IMPOVERSHED but they will lead you on and STEAL your money as long as they can get away with it and then after you turn over 10000 dollars and up they say OH WERE SORRY BUT YOU MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY , like I said COMPLETE SCUMBAGS, call irs yourself their very lenient too a degree ! I feel this business is honestly running a scam. I contacted walls and associates to handle my tax problems. In the initial consultation I made it aware to this company that I was in chapter 13 bankruptcy. I also let them know in the paper work I sent them and in the first conference call we had. 3 months passed and then I received a call from them staying they could not work my case because I was in bankruptcy. This is after they had taken a down payment of $2500. They refused to make a refund stating they had already done too much work. This does not make sense at all. Why not tell me up front. Why take the money and then tell me this

Wall and associates promise too much and don't do Nothing . We went to their office here in Vegas in June 9 2017 . This day was a Friday and we did their paper work and we gave our bank info so that they can start the process. They withdrawal 3000 dlls from our account the following Monday June 12 2017 . On Tuesday a day after they took the money they told us they couldn't arrange anything with the IRS because we already had made an agreement with them . So we got in contact with the IRS and we did our on thing and we call Wall and Associates and told them that Tuesday to cancel everything that we were going to take care of it ourselves. They gave me the runaround. They took their time to return my phone calls and today July 17 2017 they call me and told me that they are willing to give me $125.00 back from 3000.00 that they Stole from us. This people will still from you too . Don't trust them plus if you look them up they have really bad reviews. 7-15- 2017 I just got a email from this people saying they don't recognize me as a client . Seriously this is insane. I don't know how they are still open they should be closed. They said they have 30 yrs of experience but it their actions don't show it they said to contact their office what for they are incompetent and unprofessional.

I am writing to highly recommend Wall and Associates anyone who has an IRS situation. I had what seemed to be an impossible situation with the IRS. After hiring one company that took me for thousands and did absolutely nothing, I decided to call Wall and Associates. They exceeded my expectations and I am grateful to them for their outstanding work on my case. My IRS situation has been resolved 100%..
