My glass was shattered and the couldn’t offer a replacement. I got a refund.

UPDATE: First off, I do appreciate the company being honest, admitting the issue and fixed it instead of doing the blaming game, lying and ignoring the customers. They also issued a $50 off code that I have not used and not sure if I will but I like point that out. For sure their CS have changed and very good compared to chitty businesses like Dell, Ebay, Wayfair to name a few that I have dealt with. ----------------------------------------- I purchased 1 item from Homedepot and 2 from Walmart and happy with this brand. So I decided to purchase 2 matching items from their own website because I have a 15% off. One shipped and the other was processing for days and cancelled. Elizabeth was nice and offered me an amazing 10% off due to the cancellation....much better than getting my item on sale with 15% off, right? Yeah, that is just horrible. I am missing a matching item and get promo code less than what I used in the original order and she seems very proud with herself!

They have seemed to upgrade their packing methods. I ordered a nightstand, bed frame, and coffee table from walkeredison.com All 3 arrived on time via FedEx and in perfect condition. They packed the boxes well and filled all the voids. They even added Masonite for packaging and heavy glue to the boxes for added rigidity. As for the quality of the product: They are built well, solid wood for sure, but it's a 'you get what you pay for' in terms of wood species. Every piece looks as it does on the site. It's good furniture for the price and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I purchased a Walker Edison patio deck chair from Ocean State Job Lot. The chair comes disassembled with very clear instructions of how to assemble it. One of the bolts supplied was defective (the head lacked the hex shape recess for a hex key). I was able to complete the assembly using a bolt that I had, but that didn't match the chair color. The chair is great: very comfortable and stable. I sent a message requesting a replacement part via Walker Edison's website. When there was no response after 2 weeks, I phoned their customer service number outside of business hours and left a message. I received a call back the next business day. Initially the agent insisted that because the product was not purchased from an authorized dealer, there was no warrantee, and replacement hardware would cost $25. After arguing unsuccessfully that a reliable company would stand behind its product for a manufacturing defect, I added that I would leave an unfavorable review. This prompted the agent to check with her manager, and they have now promised to send the replacement hardware.
