Buddy from massapequa is still missing and you are not helping at all. You should be ashamed. How about the chihuahua that escaped from you and was hit by a car here on Long Island. All about the money for you. So sad about these dogs. Praying for buddy

FIND BUDDY!!!!!!!!!!

I dont even want to give 1 star. The reviews on here are terrible. They keep losing dogs, especially BUDDY. How is that a cpany stays in business with so many bad reviews and irresponsible employees. When a tv show gets bad reviews they take it off the air. This place should be shut down. FIND BUDDY!!!!!

Wag has lost a dog in my neighborhood and has done absolutely nothing to help locate him. It's disgusting that this poor family is missing their puppy and WAG is not responding for help.

This company loses dogs and takes no accountability for it! I will NEVER hire them to watch my precious furbabies. Irresponsible and negligible!!!

If there was a option to vote 0 stars I would. In my community there is a dog named buddy that is lost due to the sitter that works for wag. They have not offered any help in finding him or sending a tracker which they said they would to help. Looking into the company this isn't the first story like this either. Wags I hope you step up and do the right thing by this family and try to help.

Although I personally have not hired Wag for my dog, I reside in a community that is devastated by the loss of one of the dogs they were responsible for watching. Buddy escaped while under the watch and care of a Wag employee. Our community has come together in search of Buddy and Wag has been nowhere in sight. Such a shame. Would never hire this company to care for my precious dog.

Beware, do not every use this company!!! They have lost dogs, and done nothing to help heartbroken owners get their dogs back. They are irresponsible and not fit to be in business. There are several other reputable companies to trust your pets with, do not use this one.
