I have have a very positive experience with way. I work long shifts as a nurse the there are some days when I am gone for 15 hours. Wag provides my dog with wonder walks and attention and I am so grateful.

Generally speaking Wag has been great, with responsive customer service and reliable walkers. That said, I think the app could use some work in terms of being a bit more user friendly. After setting up recurring walks I was unable to edit comments, for example. Additionally, the prompts to share on social after every walk seem unnecessary.

The app functionality is stable. However, the UI/UX can be improved. Some features are difficult to find. Also, some walkers have cut the walk time shorter than what I asked for.

Super friendly walkers that have either shown up on time or early! I feel confident that my pup is in good hands when he is out w. Wag! :)

So far my experience with Wag has been positive. The free lockbox made it easy and having the report card and map of the walk is comforting.

Wag has been dependable, trustworthy, and communicative (which is a big one for us). I love getting all the text updates and photos from the walks and the dogs seem to love it too. Makes being away all day much easier.
