Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Yes I would definitely recommend Wag to anyone who loves their dog to be walked on a regular basis or just whenever. The walkers are very dependable and friendly and even include a real time display of your dogs progress during the walk. An online report card is included after the conclusion of the walk. Love it!

ive had great walkers with Wag! The lock box system and ability to text the walkers always makes things run smoothly. My only issue is that the price for walking 2 dogs is a little excessive for my budget; I'm on a postdoc salary so the $30 per walk price keeps me from using the service as much as I actually need it. But other than that I always feel like my dogs are in good hands!

I have used three Wag walkers now and all have been fabulous. Aviva comes back from her walks super happy but also with some energy gone allowing her to get her needed puppy excercise. While she’s gone I’m able to finish things I need to accomplish and not have to worry about her for the time. It’s an awesome service.

Great service!

Wag lost a dog and have done nothing to reconcile the situation. When confronted about their lack of help, they offered money to stay quiet, and when that was declined, threatened to sue for false claims that were never made. Utterly disgusting. I would not touch this company with a ten foot pole.

Lost dogs, no help, threats to owners if they don't stay quiet. DISGUSTING COMPANY. Your pets deserve better

Wag is fantastic! The best and safest company and application for dog walking, sitting, or boarding hands down.

The one star that they are receiving is because the walkers themselves are fantastic. I loved every single walker my pup ever had with WAG! over the past 6 months. The app and customer service, however, are awful. I have had over the past months three instances where the walkers schedule was not generated properly by the app and my dog was left without a walk. Luckily they have an "asap" feature to get someone over quickly, but it is heartbreaking to check your phone after a day of meetings to see that your walker did not arrive as scheduled and to know that your pup is at home suffering or have already had an accident in your house. Today the app mishap was for a scheduled boarding. I have already left out of town and did not get an update from the boarder as usual so I called. Long story short, there was a scheduling conflict but my dog's boarding got overlooked. My schedule on the app, however, said we were good to go so I didn't think to make other arrangements. It was late in the day and my dog luckily did not have an accident at home. But I had to scramble to find plan b care for my weekend away. I do not trust WAG! anymore. They need to step it up with their technology. They have some great walkers on their hands but are losing business because they can't keep their schedules straight. I really wished things had worked out, but I just can't chance it anymore. I need consistency and I need a guarantee.
