I have only used wag a handful of times but I’ve been very happy with it. All of our dog walkers have seemed very trustworthy and the dogs have been happy. Wag has been beneficial for us and our schedule. I’m glad to have finally used it!

The walkers are fantastic but sadly, it's almost impossible to get through to a human voice when I had scheduling and billing questions. And their preferred method of communicating - texting, was frustrating...to say the least.

Reviews are easy to make, and being able to see others reviews is a great thing. I read reviews prior to setting up a walk for my dog.

Such a great app! I have used them several times and all of the wag walkers are dependable and trustworthy. They all did a great job with my fur baby. Also, I have had to call customer service a few times to give them special requests and they were extremely helpful and always helped me in any way I needed. I love this app!!!

I am completely in love with WAG! I get so much peace of mind knowing that a reliable and trustworthy walker is taking care of my pet, plus the lock box allows me to book on-demand walks if my schedule changes last minute and I can't get home. The report cards are amazing, and I love knowing how my pup is doing mid-day. 10/10 would recommend for any dog owner!!!

Some walkers are not good at being on time. And when there is a problem like that they do not offer any avantages.

We are still looking for our dog. Our dog Buddy disappeared while being boarded by Wag! He went missing on 9/20 and as of today we are still frantically searching for him.
