On time, friendly, and walked the full time!

Response from Wag!· Aug 10, 2026
Thank you for your kind review, Gary! It sounds like your walker was reliable, friendly, and gave your pup a full walk. We look forward to continuing to support you and your pup—here's to many more great walks ahead!
My daughter has been fostering with yhe Los Angeles location and when she got a dog that she wanted to adopt they gave her a hard time, she couldn't keep the other dogs because they were not the right fit for her and whe she finally got Davie a very sweet puppy who had been neglected and had some skin condition but the sweetest attitude she new that she couldn't give him up. when they called her to tell her of a potential adoption she expressed her interest in Keeping him and they gave her the hardest time. She had to call a family lower and then they agree to her keeping the dog but didn't provide her some of the courtesy services they usually offer when someone adopts a dog. I really hope they don't give the same treatment to all the foster families that open their house to those puppies and care for them saving their lifes and hoping for them to get their forever home.

Luis, thank you for sharing—the care your daughter has for these foster pups, and Davie especially, clearly comes through. We understand how important providing this feedback is—both for your daughter and for other foster families navigating the process. Wag! is a technology platform that connects Pet Parents with Pet Caregivers for services like walks, drop-in visits, sitting, boarding, and daycare, and it looks like this review may be about a different organization. Fostering and adoption programs aren't something we're involved with. For follow-up about your daughter's foster experience, we'd encourage reaching out to the rescue or foster organization directly. We wish your daughter and Davie all the best—so glad he's found his forever home with her!
Jayme is absolute perfection! Our dog, Kelli gets so excited the second they walk through the door. Always on time, incredibly reliable, and sends the best update photos. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for top-tier pet care.

Thank you for the glowing review, Rozzana! It's sweet to hear Kelli lights up the moment Jayme walks in—it sounds like they've been a great match for you both, showing up reliably and sharing thoughtful photos along the way. Kelli is clearly in good hands with Jayme—here's to many more happy days ahead!
Wag is an excellent service for dog walking. I have a Great Dane, and I always use the same person because my dog is reactive. Bryant has been wonderful working with him, and if I need to cancel a walk, it's very easy. No problems. I occasionally use Wag to walk my Aussie. I live in an area with lots of hills. Wag offers reasonable pricing for 30-minute or 60-minute walks, with extended times available too.

Thank you for the wonderful review, Sybil! It's clear Bryant has been a great match for your Great Dane—reactive dogs need someone they can trust, and it sounds like he's done just that. We're glad the flexibility to cancel and the pricing structure have worked well for you and both your pups, and that Wag! has been a reliable part of your walking routine. Your pups are clearly in good hands—here's to many more happy walks ahead with Bryant!
Carrie follows directions well. I did not have to repeat instructions to her. Carrie is good with access control aka lockboxes. Carrie is communicative with Pet Parents.

I was very specific about the dates that I needed dog sitting as well as the times that my dogs needed to be walked. I was given a quote and then I was charged more at the end of the services even though nothing had changed about what I requested. I reached out to the company and asked them to review my bill twice and I have received no response. My neighbors reported that my dogs were left for hours with no sitter and in fact my dogs, who have never urinated indoors, did in fact pee inside leaving me with ruined carpet carpets to deal with.

Henry, we're sorry to hear about the frustration you've had around your billing, following up with our team, and what your neighbors reported about your dogs being unattended. Those concerns aren't the experience we want for anyone using Wag! for pet care, and we appreciate you flagging them here. To help us follow up with you directly, we've reached out via Trustpilot to request a few additional details about your experience and to connect with you directly. You can also start with the virtual assistant at support.wagwalking.com—describe the charge discrepancy and you'll be prompted to submit a form for Support to follow up and address each concern you've raised. Our Safety & Compliance Team will also review the concerns about your dogs being unattended. We'd appreciate the opportunity to fully address your concerns and look forward to connecting with you on this.
Miranda always does a fabulous job no matter what. I trust her with my elder lab implicitly. She has great judgment and takes great care and attention. Miranda is a great find, I wouldn’t trade her for the world! Trust her with your pup!
