I don't know how to leave a review for the Wag walker app. There's no customer service whatsoever and no support whatsoever either. The app doesn't function properly. Since I've been hired I can't post a biography. I have tried 50 plus times. I just get an error message over and over again. I would give this app and this service a zero star rating and I don't recommend working for them.

Jaden is fantastic! He’s reliable, professional, and always gives our dog a great walk. You can tell he genuinely cares my pup gets so excited every time he shows up! We’re grateful to have him through Wag. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware. Actual dog walker was fantastic. Customer service is the worst. WARNING THE SERVICE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS. No contact number or the AI chat does not allow a human contact. After canceling and deactivating my account ahead of renewal, I still had to refute the automatic billing fee.

The Wag app doesn't work properly. It is very difficult to schedule a walker because it has a circuitous glitch in it and getting in touch with anyone in person is impossible. If the app isn't fixed, using this service is an unwise investment.

Gabrielle is fantastic. In addition to walking my dog, Stella, she groomed my cat Charlie, yesterday. He looks great and he needed someone Gabrielle to groom him. Her nature is very calm and patient. She’s the best!

Any time I have to be away for longer then 8 hours wag comes through for all my fur baby needs. Been using wag for several years and it’s always a great experience
