We’ve been so lucky to find a dog walker that Canelo has bonded with. He is always on time and when he gets here Canelo is always excited to see Adrian. Canelo is very high energy So Adria. Implements a light jog into their routine. My dog comes back nice and tires and ready for play time later in the day with me.

Update: I finally got through to a real live customer service rep via chat and I canceled the wellness plans for both my puppies. I paid premiums every month for almost a year because I waited for reimbursements I never got. When I tried to cancel my plans, I couldn't find a link or a customer service phone number to call. The app doesn't even have a link to the wellness plan page. The account page doesn't show enrollment in the wellness plan. The link on the website only shows available wellness plans and insurance providers. The ai chatbot just sent me around in circles telling me to find my original email confirming my enrollment. (I couldn't find it). There was nothing helpful listed on the help page. Finally, I did a Google search for cancel wag wellness plan and a contact page came up with a phone number to call during business hours and a live chat window. I wish I had found it a long time ago. Maybe the problems with the claims I submitted could have been resolved if I could have known the number to call to talk to an actual human. I gave up hope of getting reimbursed for any claims since all they did was play email tag until I just got tired of the run around. I signed on for Wag! wellness plans for my puppies. I have two puppies, so I signed each one of them up for individual gold plans. After they had their first wellness checks, I submitted separate claims for each of them. I received separate email responses for each claim stating I would be reimbursed in "as little as 1-3 business days." That was a long time ago. They were supposed to send the money to my PayPal account. I provided the email address associated with my PayPal account on the claim form. When I didn't receive a payment in over two weeks, I tried to contact customer support and could not find a phone number. I replied to the email and it bounced back with a failure notice. The only customer support was a chat bot which was not helpful. It just shot back a copy of the info which is already on the website. When I asked how to contact customer support, It just shot me an automated form asking for my contact info and a description of my complaint and assigning a ticket number. After I submitted my information, I got an email stating my request had been received and someone would contact me. Then I got an email from someone on the support team saying she thought my request had been handled already. NO, IT WAS NOT HANDLED! IF IT HAD BEEN HANDLED, I WOULDN'T HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE FIRST PLACE. She said she would send the request to their dedicated team and follow up. Yeah, right. I never did get a follow up call or email. I never did get reimbursed for my claims. I can't speak to any other services they offer, such as walking, pet sitting or boarding. I never signed on for any of those services. Given the frustrating experience I had with the wellness plan service, I would not trust WAG! to be reliable. I will check my credit card transactions to make sure they actually did cancel my plan. I have learned not to take their word for anything since the customer service seems so inept. Please save your time and money. Don't take a chance on them.
