This was my first time using WAG. Heather was our Walker, and she was kind and personable and did a great job. She knew how to approach my dog correctly, and he had a wonderful time. He needed the exercise, and Heather made sure he got it.

As a consumer, I should haven’t have to reach out first to your provided caregivers. If they have an appointed time and do not provide an eta or show have shown signs of reaching out to the consumer, then WAG should reach out to them. I paid for a service and have to make sure you actually provide it?

I had someone come walk my dog twice while I had to be away for several hours. The notifications that the dog walks have started and stopped are helpful. I would have liked an update saying how the walks went, especially because this was someone new to my dog. I had to ask for this and did receive a reply but this should be standard practice.

So happy with Service Jaymee provided, our Great Dane is nearing his trails end and we were worried. But Jaymee gave him lots of love and he did great. First time customer and can’t recommend her higher.
