If you use this service, you should be ready to have the app say that you ordered a walk when you didn't, then charge you for a walk that you didn't order and they never provided. If the cost was any more, I would fight it. These guys are thieves.

we used the app for 4 walks so far. The first guy didn't have a mask on when approaching the door but the walk seemed to be ok for the first 2 days and he was supposed to have been for the week. after 2 days, the walkers kept changing, constantly so it's not consistent. Their payment platform isn't reliable considering my acct has more than enough funds to cover the walks and it worked for the first 2 times (why not the last 2 ?) It's frustrating and I will probably never use them again we have puppies and have tipped $20 each time, unfortunately that isn't the issue.

I’m impressed with what WAG has to offer. So far I had a trainer come to my house, and got a walk on the fly. The dog walker showed up a little late and had trouble opening the lock box. But she was sweet and I love how I can see her walking route. The report card was super helpful too! I would recommend WAG for your fur baby.

3 cancellations in a 24 hour period, after acceptance of a walk. I had not used WAG in awhile and I found the AP was less than friendly. So much trouble connecting to a live person, disconnected 2x after being on hold for a very long time. In the past, I NEVER had had issues with WAG.

Wag! is the best. I was in need of drop-in visits for our cat while we were on vacation. Wag! sent us Sarah. Sarah fed our cat, spent time with him and scooped his litter box. Thank you, Sarah!!! I will continue to use WAG! for both of our pets.
