The Wag walkers are great. I have two Dobermans and a Beagle. As a disabled senior it's nice to be able to treat them to a brisk walk around the neighborhood.

Hi Lynda, thank you so much for your kind review!
It’s a mess! Walkers walk one dog instead of both. Cut walks short. App doesn’t work.

Disappointed that one person was confirmed to be coming to walk my dog, then at last minute said she was no longer coming. So my dog had to wait an additional hour before getting his walk, which was not how I set it up.

Hi Aaron, we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We're sorry to hear that your requested time was not able to be met for this service. We understand that some dogs do need to be let out at a specific time and would like to recommend checking out the Browse feature within the Wag! App to review and message potential Pet Caregivers regarding their availability for future service requests. Please feel to reach out via the Wag! App Help Center for App resources and to chat with Wag! Support for additional questions. Thank you.
Wag! is such as great dog walking service! I have booked a few different walkers and they have all been so nice and caring. I appreciate the attention they give my dog (in my place) and especially enjoy the pictures, video and map of their time together. Thank you, Wag!

I am trusting of all the background checked workers on Wag! They’ve done such a great job and I’m happy with my results.

Thank you for you kind review, Marissa!
I paid for the premium membership because it was my first time using the service, which is supposed to match me with a high rated sitter. The sitter did not show up on time (I have a security camera and can tell). I called the sitter and messaged them in the app and they didn’t answer. After a half hour, I cancelled the booking and called customer service to help me get someone over there. They couldn’t get someone in less than 90 minutes. It was already an emergency because my elderly cat needs to be fed at a certain time, so I told them to forget it and to refund my membership. They wouldn’t refund it. I told them if they didn’t I wouldn’t use their service again, and they still wouldn’t, because they’re a scammy company that doesn’t really care about the well-being of pets or their owners. I’m sure there are lots of people who get lucky with good sitters and walkers on here, but when it’s bad it can be really bad. Do you want to take that gamble with your pet?
