I love Wag as a service and all our walkers have been amazing! The only issue I have is the app. It is sometimes very buggy. There have been a few times I try to schedule a walk ahead of time, but I cannot highlight the days I want. I sometimes have to restart the app to make it work smoothly.

Every time I leave my pups behind I choose WAG! They ease my stress and I know my pups are in good hands. Each dog walker I have experienced has been professional and my pups love them. LOVE, LOVE the detailed report and the live feed showing where my pup is walking. The pictures are an added bonus. Can't say enough great things about WAG!

My walker didn’t show up. So I canceled and was still charged a $5 fee for cancelling 2 hours after the walker was to arrive. Ridiculous

In the case that you cancelled your service as a result of the Pet Caregiver not arriving, you should not be charged a cancellation fee.
