Could you please confirm the website URL where you're receiving marketing emails from our company? If you experience any issues with our service emails, you can simply reply and unsubscribe. However, providing a one-star review is not the best way to address the situation. I kindly request that you share more information about your company or any issues you've faced due to our emails, so we can work towards resolving the matter permanently.

Hello Salvatore, We began working on your website on April 16th after receiving the upfront payment. Initially, we worked on your staging site, delivering the results according to your requirements. Once the optimization was complete on the staging site, you requested that we push the changes to the live site, which we did in May. After that, you released the remaining payment. From the start, we discussed the importance and impact of lazy loading. However, as the project progressed, you decided not to lazy load any of the JavaScripts. We adjusted accordingly, removing as many JavaScripts from lazy loading as possible to maintain the user experience you desired. The performance scores decreased once those adjustments were made, and you requested a refund. Please note that from the outset, you were informed of each solution and you are aware of the extensive custom work we implemented on your website.

Hello Per Poul, Thank you for your feedback, but I must clarify that some of the points you mentioned are inaccurate. We use our plugin, "W3Speedster," for optimization, which is not layered over any other caching plugin. We delivered the results as agreed, and your site is still achieving a 90+ score on Google PSI with our work. As you know, we optimize each website based on its current structure and design, and we communicated this to you from the start. We also provided a change log when we delivered the site, outlining the aspects to be mindful of after the speed optimization. We offer 15 days of free support following project completion. However, the new issues you brought to us were not related to our initial work, which is why we recommended our maintenance plan. Despite this, we resolved your concerns without any additional charges as a gesture of goodwill. Given the level of support and service provided, we were surprised to see a 1-star review from you. Best regards,
