Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the promotional credit and the resulting charge were unclear to you. Promotional credits are subject to eligibility requirements and terms, and, in some cases,, may be adjusted or removed following an account review. We understand, however, that any change to promotional credit should be communicated clearly, particularly before it results in charges to a customer’s payment method. We also regret that you felt you had to repeatedly contact support to get an explanation. Your feedback regarding transparency around promotional credits, billing notifications, and the support experience is valuable and will be shared with the appropriate teams. If you would like us to review the charge and your refund request, please contact [email protected] with your account details and ticket information so our team can investigate the matter further.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our Trust & Safety team and your concerns regarding account termination and data access. Vultr may take action on accounts when activity is identified as violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. We understand, however, that account termination can be particularly disruptive when it affects development environments and important customer data. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced while trying to deploy a GPU instance and that you were left waiting for a resolution. We understand how frustrating it is to receive approval for a GPU workload and then encounter limited availability or deployment issues, particularly when you’re evaluating infrastructure for a new application. We also recognize that requirements around account funding should be communicated clearly so customers understand what is needed before attempting to deploy resources. We regret that the escalation to our engineering team did not receive a timely response and that the overall experience fell short of expectations. Your feedback regarding GPU availability, deployment reliability, account requirements, and support communication will be shared with the appropriate teams. If you would like us to take another look at the situation, please contact [email protected] with your account and ticket details so we can review the case and provide further assistance.

Thank you for sharing the details of your case. We understand your frustration regarding the remaining account credit and your concerns about being unable to use funds you previously deposited. We recognize that customers should have clear information about applicable funding, payment, and account requirements. We also understand your position that you should not have to make an additional payment or purchase services you do not need simply to resolve an existing account balance. Because this matter relates to a specific account and billing history, we’d like to ensure it receives an appropriate review rather than speculate about the circumstances. Please contact [email protected] and reference ticket ACM-78OER so our team can review the payment, remaining credit, and account status and determine what options are available.
