vult.com take my money and lock my account and he not refund my balance

Charging me unexpected undisclosed costs for Plesk. Saying that the costs are "influenced by decisions from our upstream providers". However, this is mid agreement. It's a scam... Also, any offer they give you just disappears after a short time. I had $300 in credit but they were gone after a month. Also, bad layout, confusing names (how's your German?) and bad tech support.

They have options to buy but the options doesn't say what it contains it's like buying a mystery gift aka gambling with your money

Very expensive servers, bad customer service. Has bad servers that Are poorly configured. Cant even run pterodactyl panel (many other hosts can)

If they are not happy, they will disable your account without any reason. They do not let you backup your data, so please consider. I lost all my data and begged them to reopen it, but they refused because they reported me as violating the rules while I have not used the server they reported me as violating.

They take your money--any amount--successfully, and then say "we couldn't automatically verify your account". I've never paid for ANYTHING and had it withheld!
