VTM Vending: Pokémon card, vape and smart vending machines with U.S.-based support. VTM Vending designs and supplies smart vending machines for operators, from first-time owners placing one machine to businesses running a multi-site route. Our lineup includes Pokémon and trading card vending machines, vape and nicotine pouch vending machines, and the new AI-powered Smart Cooler, in wall-mounted and freestanding models built for bars, shops and other high-traffic locations. Every machine runs on the same platform: a 32-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity and a pre-installed Nayax cashless terminal that accepts cards, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay and other digital wallets. Coil sizes adjust to fit your products, so the same machine can sell card packs, vapes, nicotine pouches or small collectibles. For age-restricted products, an optional ID scanner reads the customer's driver's license before the sale. Our Vending Management System and mobile app let you run every machine from one place. Track sales and restock alerts in real time, update products and on-screen ads remotely, restart a machine, set user permissions and export reports, with your data hosted in the U.S. Service is what our customers mention most. Our U.S.-based team handles onboarding, training and live tech support, backed by a full video tutorial library, replacement parts, a coil sizing guide and state vape law guides. Need inventory? Through VTM Vending Wholesale, operators can source Pokémon booster packs to keep their machines stocked. VTM Vending is based in Solon, Ohio, and ships from our Cleveland-area warehouse. Visit vtmvending.com to compare machines and find the right fit for your location.

I’ve had a great experience with Vape TM. The setup process was straightforward, and their team was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. Customer support has been responsive and willing to walk me through any issues, which made getting started much easier. The machines look professional, are easy to manage, and the monitoring tools make it simple to keep track of inventory and sales. Overall, Vape TM has been a solid investment for my business, and I appreciate the support they’ve provided along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get into the vape vending industry.

Josh and Dana, thank you both for this wonderful shoutout. Jacob works incredibly hard to make sure every customer feels supported, and we're so glad that came through for you. We'll be sure to let him know how much you appreciated his help. Thanks again for choosing VapeTM, and we look forward to working with you both again.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with VapeTM so far. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. The machine itself was incredibly easy to set up, and VapeTM has created detailed how-to videos that answer virtually every question you could have. On the rare occasion I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for, their team responded quickly and provided clear, helpful guidance. A special shoutout to Jarrett, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values customer support as much as VapeTM does. While I haven’t started processing transactions yet, we’re installing the machine tomorrow, I am extremely impressed with the quality of the machine, the setup process, and the level of support I’ve received. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend VapeTM to anyone considering entering the vending business or expanding their current operation. Excellent customer service, fast communication, great training resources, and a company that truly stands behind its customers.
