I received an item with a Voxee Club gift card for Amazon included for $20. I scanned the QR code and the site was blocked. After doing some research, it said the Voxee Club gift card for $20 was basically a fraud, scam, and not any good. This should be illegal....it's just wrong and unethical for the company to pull this on customers. What can a person do? Is there a place you can report this?

Trying to activate gift card gets you redirected to a page asking for too much information not related to activation and other products .

This is a scam and believe it or not somehow when I went to the Amazon homepage and said my account had been suspended and then when I called the number, they were trying to verify information and I knew it was a scam. I can’t really tie one to one, but it happened after I scanned the QR code. I never got a gift card… the item works fine, but it’s a scam

Compre un repetidor, vino con una tarjeta de regalo la cual no se puede activar, piden tus datos, que te contactes con ellos pero nada, esto es una verdadera estafa, la cual la utilizan para tener acceso a nuestra informacion personal.

Through Amazon I Bought a WiFi repeater and inside the BOX with my repeater was a small card that says Amazon gift card $20.00 Hope you enjoy your gift card. It was a PLOY to get my info. And, NO GIFT CARD. SCAM so, I did not want them to have access to my internet thru the repeater so I SENT THAT LIE BACK for a REFUND!
