You're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.
VortexHaus US (vortexhaus.com) has 488 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

I ordered 3 items and originally only recieved 2 so i thought there had been a mistake. I contacted customer service and they explained the missing battery is always shipped separately. Sire enough the very next day the battery arrived. Thier response time was very fast, helpful and courteous.

Hey Steven, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. The battery shipping separately catches a few people off guard — but the team explained it fast and sure enough, it arrived the next day. No drama, just clear communication. We should probably make that even more obvious during checkout. Appreciate the feedback — it helps us improve. Thanks for the kind words, Arthur

Hey Douglas, Arthur here. Communication until you're happy — that's the whole playbook. Not just selling a product, but making sure you're taken care of after the sale too. Thanks for recognizing the team, Arthur
I’ve been using the Vortex Haus blower in my workshop, and I’ve been really impressed with the performance so far. It’s powerful, easy to control, and genuinely useful for a wide range of shop cleanup tasks, especially sawdust and fine debris. One thing I appreciate is the flexibility with battery platforms, which makes it easy to integrate into an existing tool setup. It feels well built and practical, not gimmicky. Overall, it’s been a solid addition to my workflow and something I can see myself reaching for regularly in the shop.

Hey Kevin, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. This is a workshop review done right. Sawdust, fine debris, shop cleanup — that's real, practical use from someone who knows their tools. And you nailed what separates us: battery platform flexibility and build quality that feels practical, not gimmicky. We didn't design this for a shelf. We designed it for guys who reach for the same tool every day. Glad it's earned a permanent spot in your workflow, Arthur
We purchased 2 blowers from Vortex Haus. We did have issues with one blower. The customer service has been amazing, very responsive and totally honoring the warranty.

Hey Karen, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. One blower had an issue — and we honored the warranty, no questions asked. That's the deal. You buy from us, you're covered. Glad the support team was responsive and made it right. Appreciate you trusting us with two units, Arthur
The customer service was absolutely excellent. The representative was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our communication. The product itself looks great with a very nice finish, but what truly stood out to me was the outstanding service experience. This level of support definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Highly appreciated!

Hey James, Arthur here. When the service experience stands out more than the product itself — that tells me the team is doing something special. Patient, professional, genuinely helpful. That's not a script. That's who they are. Glad the product looks and feels great too. The finish and build quality is something we take seriously. Thanks for the 5 stars and the kind words, Arthur
