Honesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
You're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.
VortexHaus US (vortexhaus.com) has 488 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Hey Steve, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Appreciate the honest take. It’s built to shine in open spaces, garages, patios, driveways — that’s where the airflow really shows its strength. Thanks for sharing real-world feedback. Arthur
Good product and works as advertised. Shipping takes too long.

Hey Jerry, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Appreciate you calling it out honestly. Glad the product delivered exactly as advertised — that always matters most. And yes, shipping was slower than it should’ve been during the holiday wave. We’ve already expanded our warehouse capacity so this doesn’t repeat. Thanks for sticking with us. If you ever need anything, we’re here. Arthur
Ordered on Dec 1 and as of the 21st still hadnt received the package with no tracking info available. I contacted Vortex Haus via email and Diane with customer service went above and beyond to rectify the situation and get me my product. I now have tracking info and it’s on its way! Only downside is my dad had nothing to open on Christmas which was a real bummer.

Hey Danielle, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. I’m really glad Diane jumped in and made things right. She’s a superstar on our team. But you’re right — having nothing to open on Christmas is a terrible feeling, and that’s something we’re actively improving on with better logistics tracking and earlier cutoffs. Thank you for your patience and for still giving us the chance to fix it. Arthur
It caught fire on first use out of the box today. At first it was a one star for catching on fire with correct battery in it(before you ask). When the company saw my review they reached out. I have revised my review to amend for amazing customer service they replaced broken one, including a new Dewalt battery and charger and gave me a full refund for both machines I bought. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. This is so rare nowadays with a world filled with scams and deception. I only left it at 4 stars because they responded to negative review not my emails. But I thank them for standing behind their product and making it right.

Hey Laura, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. First — thank you for updating your review. A failure like the one you experienced is extremely rare, but when it happens, we move fast and take full responsibility. Safety always comes first. I’m glad the replacement, refund, and full bundle made things right for you. We’ll continue improving how quickly we respond to emails as well — that part matters too. Really appreciate you acknowledging the effort. Arthur
I ordered this on December 2, 2025. As of today it still has not come and now I am being told that I need to go somewhere to pick this up. Really Vortex Haus. The phone number provided by customer service is not a valid phone number to call. Update: Company is reimbursing me for what I paid and when I meet to go to pick up location they are not charging me for the product. Once I get product in hand, as well as reimbursement, I will update again Company returned money that I had paid and in addition gave me the product for free!! They definitely listened!

UPDATE: To everyone who reads this. As you can see from the message below, Vortex Haus has gone above and beyond to correct the problem we had with the confiscated package and delayed delivery. Truly above and beyond. Thank you Vortex Haus (for real) and I appreciate your thoughtful reply and response! This is a master class in customer service. ----------------------------------------------------- I ordered the Turbo Jet DB 2.0 on November 18, 2025 and as of today (December 9, 2025) it still has not arrived. After weeks of round and round with Vortexhaus and messages from customer service that "your order is fine it is coming," and "be patient, USPS is swamped this time of year." I get this response today from USPS which is a bit chilling. "The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender Dec 3 12:00 am" I mean - really?? That is a first for me. Paid money, waited patiently, product confiscated by USPS for counterfeit postage. Thanks Vortex Haus!

Response from VortexHaus US· Dec 12, 2025
Hey Rick, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. I understand how concerning this is, and you are absolutely right to be upset. I want to be very clear: regardless of the cause, this situation is not acceptable, and I take full responsibility. Here is what happened, transparently. During November, our shipment volume increased far beyond normal levels. We cover all shipping costs for customers by pre-funding our USPS account. Due to the sudden spike, a small number of packages were processed before the account was replenished, which caused USPS to flag them and stop delivery. That explanation is not an excuse. It is simply context. What matters is how we fix it. I have personally approved the following: • A full refund for your original order • A free replacement unit, already sent • If you would like, on top of that I can also send an additional full bundle including the unit, battery, and charger at no cost, so you can experience the full Turbo Jet setup. Just message our support team and they are already aware. Our Head of Customer Support has already reached out to you directly and is monitoring this personally. We will make sure you receive your product properly, with no back and forth. Thank you for calling this out. Feedback like this helps us tighten systems and do better. We will do better. Arthur
