Hey Rupert, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. This is clearly not what you should expect from our product — a failure in the first 5 minutes means you received a defective unit. Here’s what I’ve already approved for you: • Full refund, no questions asked • A free replacement unit to make things right Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and reference this review. They’ve been briefed and will handle your case ASAP. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix this. We stand behind what we sell. Arthur

Hey Elias, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. I understand your frustration — if I were in your position, I’d feel the same. Your order got caught in the USPS “confiscated postage” issue that affected a small batch of holiday shipments. That’s context, not an excuse. I also see that an additional replacement unit we sent has already arrived on your end. If anything else is still missing or unclear, message our support team and reference this review — they’re already briefed and will fast-track your case. And if you need anything on top of this, just tell me. I’ll make sure we overdeliver in value so you end up genuinely happy, not frustrated. We will make this right, Arthur

Hi Cindy, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. I’m really sorry for the confusion and the lack of clarity you experienced. I completely understand why receiving a message like that from USPS would be alarming. Here is the transparent context. During the early Nov/Dec surge, our USA warehouse experienced an unusually high order volume. In that window, a small number of shipments were affected by a USPS processing issue related to postage handling. That explanation is not an excuse. It’s simply what happened. What matters is how we fix it. Here’s what has already been done on your order: • A partial refund has already been processed as an apology • Shipping policies have been updated across our site for full clarity for future customers • Your order will be fully resolved • On top of that, I’m offering you a free full bundle at my cost as a goodwill gesture Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and reference this review. They are already aware and will handle this immediately. Thank you for your patience. We are genuinely doing everything possible to correct the situation and move faster, and we will do better. Arthur

Hey Bruce, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. You’re right. There was a delay, and tracking going quiet is frustrating. High order volume caused a short-term backlog. As we say internally, that’s context, not an excuse. What matters is how we fix it. Here’s what I’ve already approved for your order: • Full refund on the original order • A free full bundle already in transit, at our cost • Priority handling so this is resolved quickly and cleanly • Direct access to our Head of Customer Support if anything else is needed We don’t hide behind marketing claims. When something breaks, we own it and overcorrect. That’s how real companies are built. Once everything is fully resolved on your end, I believe the outcome will speak for itself. We are making this right, Arthur

Hi Chris, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. You’re right to be upset. This situation is not acceptable, and I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration this caused. From what I can see, it’s possible that the unit may have already been delivered, but I don’t want to make assumptions or leave anything unresolved. To be sure we handle this correctly, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] and reference this review so we can locate your order immediately and confirm the exact status. Regardless, here is what I’ve already approved as an apology for this experience: • A free full bundle at our cost • Priority handling so this is resolved quickly and cleanly • If anything is missing or incorrect, we will fix it without back and forth Growth periods are challenging, but that responsibility is ours, not yours. Feedback like yours helps us tighten systems and improve, and we take it seriously. Thank you for your patience. We will make this right, and we will do better. Arthur

Hey Jim, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. I understand why this raised concerns, and I want to address it directly. During the Black Friday and holiday rush, we experienced an unusually large spike in orders that temporarily depleted our USA warehouse. To avoid longer delays, a small portion of orders were fulfilled from our international facility, which normally supports Europe and Asia. That context is not an excuse. It’s simply what happened. Here is what we’ve done since then: • USA warehouse operations are back to a stable state • Shipping policy has been updated across the website for full clarity • A full refund has been personally approved for your order • As an apology, I’m offering to send you a free full bundle at my cost so you can experience the product properly If you’re open to it, just reach out to our support team and they are already aware. Thank you for the feedback. We take it seriously, we’ve corrected the issue, and we will do better. Arthur

Hey Joseph, Arthur here – founder of VortexHaus. You’re right to be frustrated, and I’m not going to hide behind excuses. During the holiday spike our USA warehouse hit temporary overcapacity, and a small portion of orders were fulfilled from our international facility to avoid even longer delays. We’ve already updated our shipping policy so this is clear for future customers, and I’ve flagged your case as urgent. Our Head of Customer Support is reaching out to you directly to make this right. This one’s on us, and we’ll fix it. Arthur

Hi John, We looked everywhere in our system and couldn’t find any order under your name, email, or phone. After hours of searching, nothing matches. That’s why your review really surprised us. Here’s the truth: our real customers know this little beast packs pure jet power — way beyond a hair dryer. It’s cordless, light, and built for serious jobs. That’s why thousands of men are obsessed with it and keep coming back for more! We always overdeliver, always make things right, and stand behind every single order. That’s why fake reviews like this can confuse people who just want honest feedback. So John, if you truly bought from us, please share your real order number — we’ll gladly take care of you. But if not, let’s not mislead others. Real people rely on these reviews to decide, and honesty matters. Thanks for your time, Arthur
