Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you were able to take advantage of our 5% first-time purchase discount. We appreciate you choosing Voomi Supply and hope to provide an even better experience on your next order Team Voomi Supply
I ordered 2 faucets and they charged me for 2 but only shipped one. The customer service situation is tough because everything is through the website or email and I feel like there is something shady with the whole process. I had to return the one faucet they shipped as well and it’s a 20% restocking fee. I feel like I am going to have to open a complaint with my credit card company because I still haven’t received a credit for the faucet they didn’t send. There are so many other reputable options for plumbing supplies online, I wish I had skipped Voomi. **edited to say that I have reached out to customer service, by phone and email multiple times and I still have not received a refund. VS121005- You are more than welcome to assist. **updated to say that Voomi did refund my money for the items I returned as well as the item that did not ship.

You are selling a smoke detector (9120B) with a misleading first photo of the item, showing the photo of the smoke/carbon monoxide detector (SC9120B) version, which is what I was looking for...fortunately I realized the mixup and cancelled the order in time. Same on your ebay store by the way.

The product is good, but the shipping is bad. I paid for an expedited delivery, promising a two days one. But it took actually 5 days. Do not waste your money on expedited shipping.
