Hi there, We're truly sorry for the loss of your fur baby, and we understand how meaningful this piece was meant to be as a tribute. We'd like to clarify that the heart beads on this necklace are intentionally small so they can fit delicately on the chain. The engraving is sized to cover the bead surface and display the names clearly - however, due to the bead size, the text is naturally smaller than it may appear in product photos which are often zoomed in for detail. We understand this wasn't what you expected, and we're sorry the product images may have created a different impression.
