Items were delivered with no labels showing name of recipient, address of receiving location. All characters were Chinese. It can only be assumed that the product was manufactured in China. Crates sat on our loading dock for 3 weeks as we did not know if it was for exhibitor in a tradeshow or convention in the building. There were dings on a couple of the items and powder coat was scratched in areas.

I ordered a custom sign for my business and was genuinely impressed by the final product, it’s beautiful, well-crafted, and arrived safely packaged. The turnaround time was reasonable, with delivery about 2.5 weeks after placing the order. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process was inconsistent and frustrating. I was first contacted via text at 11pm CST, which felt unprofessional. When I asked for shipping details, I never received a response with the information. The sign arrived with no installation instructions or documentation, and when I reached out with a question for my electrician, I was met with silence from the representative I had been working with. Eventually, I was able to reach someone by calling the main number listed online, but it took extra effort to get the support I needed. If you’re confident handling installation on your own and don’t mind minimal guidance, the product itself is worth it. But if you value clear, timely communication and reliable customer service, be prepared for some bumps along the way.
