It works as advertised. It was a quick and easy set up, just plug ethernet cable and phone line into the box and that's it. Call quality was good. Overall, it works well.

IM not able to receive calls since day 1 and have issues with the app too. It has been very frustrating calling the help center and not getting these resolved.
