As a new customer, I am pleasantly surprised at the ease with which I was able to connect the adapter and use the phone line. Voiply agents have been very helpful and professional whenever I have had to contact them.

I'm 95% satisfied with the setup but the one problem I encountered was with the adapter connectivity and the fact that the only way I can get a replacement is to return the entire setup. I feel that is quite unnecessary and I was told I could go out and buy another adapter and get a refund. That's a bit of an inconvenience so I'm just hoping the connectivity will retain the continuity and I won't have to get another. Also, I think its absurd that AT&T would provide Voiply with a phone with their logo yet they would not provide the same phone through their company....absurd....which required me to get a different carrier.

I had Phonepower VOIP for years and their price kept going up. Not only is Voiply less expensive but their Robocall defender has virtually eliminated nuisance & telemarketing calls. PEACE!

Staff at Voiply are very helpful, polite, and thorough, and are happy to help with any questions you may have. Easy sign up and number porting process made it that much better. I am now receiving the exact same phone service that I was previously, only now it.cost.leas than half what it.used to cost. Thank you.
