I am very pleased with my Vivtone hearing aids. The setup was very simple and I am very pleased with the improvement of my ability to hear and understand people in many different situations.

So far so good. They seem to be working well

At first wearing them my hearing was great. Adjusting the volume and modes is effortless as advertised. I have tinnitus in my left ear . Mode 3 relieves the buzzing. Nice

You rarely find a company these days that is so determined to fulfill the customers requirements.I recently purchased a model that in use did not provide sufficient features. I am a professional organist and the sound reproduction was not clear. Then I received an email a few days later describing the XPure model. Within 5 minutes they had the new model ordered and set upon their computer to send to me on trial. They made me promise to call them if I encounter any problems

At this point, trying to figure out which is the best settings for me.

Just got mine today and am already satisfied with them . I can hear again . The best part is I can watch tv without the neighbors having to hear it.
