Customer Support Changes
Called in to report repeated Backdoor Censor going offline. I have been a Vivint Security customer for years, but upgraded my system at the end of 2024. I asked them to check my System, I'm regularly rebooting or having to bypass my backdoor. They said they'd send me another Censor, but I'm 70, disabled and asked for a tech, she said for $99. I just bought new equipment, they used to send Techs. UNBELIEVABLE I UPGRADED BECAUSE OF MY AGE, CONDITION AND LIVE ALONE. IF I KNEW THEY CHANGED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICIES, I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
