I placed an order of parts for my husband for Christmas and forgot to include some information. I was contacted in a kind and prompt fashion via email but missed it. Luckily, a really nice person called to gather the info and let me know about the email so I could reply. It was an awesome experience that they worked to fulfill my order instead of just canceling or something because I forgot to include info.

Ordered the incorrect parts on-line for my car and called to change. Worked with Patrick and was able to get the right part for my and shipped right away. Have ordered from Vivid before and never had issues, despite COVID, they still answer that phones and are prompt and courteous. Highly recommend and will be back.
