Ordered my part for my duramax in late January. Vivid let me know that my part wouldn’t ship until February 20th, I was not in a rush, was surprised that my part came two weeks early. Vivid racing kept me updated the whole time! Couldn’t be happier. Also they are localish to me. So happy to support local!

Wrong items sent, packaged damaged and missing parts, delivery was 4 days late… awaiting resolve

I had an amazing experience with vivid and the customer service was top notch. I ordered a set of higher end axles on a Saturday afternoon and they were to be delivered by Wednesday. Unfortunately the axles became unavailable and a refund was made by vivid on That Tuesday so I called to confirm the cancellation due to a vendor putting all orders on hold. They were able to find me a comparable set of axles after some research on there end and had them shipped out and to me by the following Saturday. I feel they stepped up even after an issue came up that wasn't there direct fault that to me is top notch.

Horrible experience no one answers the phone no help I bought an exhaust and couldn’t figure out the valvetronic wires which goes where and tried contacting via phone email no answer never again I do not recommend

They were the only ones to have the item I ordered in stock so I guess that’s a plus but shipping is terrible. Took almost 2 weeks to get something that was in stock. Also the tracking number provided in the email receipt was for their company to receive the part at their facility which was really strange. I had to call to get the tracking info for delivery to my house.
