I would never buy anything from them. I called them with a part number. The gentleman asked what I was working on. I told him and he looked it up. Then told me to order it online that I could get a discount using a code. So I did ,the part came and was wrong. The correct part was the one that I wanted to order. Now to get the correct part I have to return this one. Pay a restocking fee and shipping ,just to get half my money back. Now is that a good scam?

I bought some side skirts for my dream NSX I’ve been building. I never got a shipping notification or shipping date. FedEx guy shows up randomly one day and asks my wife to sign for something “in the truck”. I suspect he was hiding his haggard box. She didn’t know what it was, I had no idea they were coming or I would have to her to inspect the product. She signs, again, not knowing what she is signing for and the FedEx guy proceeds to carry in this mangled box. I get home to figure out one of my side skirts is cracked. I submitted a claim and haven’t heard back yet (vivid is still in its 72 business hour response window). This review will be 10 stars if vivid has my back in this. This makes me nervous about the carbon wing that I ordered and the other 7-10K worth of stuff I was planning to order from vivid to finish this build. I really hope vivid can help with this. It’s a huge letdown

The only reason why they are not getting 5 stars is because of the lack of communication after theyreceived the money for my purchase. I never received the email stating the tracking number until the day before I got my item. I was worried I was getting scammed because of the lack of communication. All in all, I am very satisfied with the product. My helmet looks so much better with the new visor.

Initially tried to purchase wheels that were not even in stock even though their marheying implied they were available. Their retention department called me back and sold me a different set. In the end I returned my wheels and manufacturer confirmed receipt 1/31. I have still yet to receive a refund. At this point I don’t think I will see my money. Very upset and dissatisfied. 2/19: I see the refund is pending. My review has been updated. In the future, proper expectation on the time of refund would be better.

The service staff was helpful up until I made a purchase. After that they provided zero help. I ordered with expedited shipping at considerable extra cost. One of my items arrived on time, the other two were delayed for a week. I asked Vivid several times for an update or an ETA and was told "we will find out and get back to you" never did. if FedEx had not notified me that I had a package inbound, I would have not been home to sign for it. Vivid never notified me that it was on the way. No updated until I specifically asked after my ordered was in my hand. Then "it looks like it shipped". When I asked for an explanation about the delay, I received no response and they have still not replied to my messages almost a week later.

My experience was great because I got exactly what I ordered. I love the look, the plug and play and the time it took to get it. The only thing I don't remember getting was the tracking number. But I did get a text I would need to sign for an order from FedEx so I knew it was this order. I did try to sign in a few times with what I had from the order but I didn't contact customer service. I knew patience was needed. In all I would 100% order from here again.
