Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. For lost or misdelivered packages, Worry-Free Purchase protection through Seel is designed to be the fastest path to a resolution, since they handle the claim and refund directly. If you haven't already gotten a resolution through them, or if there's more to this that we should look into on our end, we'd like the chance to help. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we want to make sure this gets resolved properly for you.

Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed and fun review! We're thrilled the Beast delivered that cockpit-view immersion you were chasing for racing, and that it held up across such a wide range of consoles, Xbox, PlayStation 2, N64, Xbox 360, Wii, Switch 2, and of course shining on PC in Ultrawide mode. That's exactly the kind of versatility we aim for. Sorry to hear the Nintendo setup and full Samsung Galaxy support didn't pan out as hoped, that's genuinely useful feedback for us to have on record. Thanks for doing your research before buying, and for taking the time to share such a thorough breakdown afterward. We'll be excited to have you check out future models too!

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review, and for recognizing how far the technology has come! We hear you on durability, cracking easily is real feedback, not a minor nitpick, and we'll make sure it's passed along to our product team for future improvements. It also means a lot to hear that when something did go wrong, the replacement and communication process felt like it was taken care of properly. That's exactly the experience we want, even when the product itself has room to improve. Thank you for your continued support and for being part of the VITURE community!

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry for the trouble tracking down your purchase record. We want to be upfront about an important limitation here: since this was purchased through Amazon rather than our own website, we don't actually have visibility into Amazon order numbers or the email addresses tied to Amazon purchases, our system only looks up orders placed directly through viture.com. So unfortunately, there isn't a way for us to validate an Amazon purchase on our end. This would need to be resolved through Amazon directly. We'd recommend checking your Amazon order history (it should still show past orders even though the confirmation email was deleted), and if Amazon support hasn't been able to help, it may be worth escalating with them further or requesting a duplicate invoice/receipt from their order records. We're sorry we're not able to look this up on our side, and we hope Amazon is able to get this sorted for you.

Thank you for the specific details, including the order number, that helps us look into this properly. We're sorry this affected something you specifically needed for work, and that it factored into choosing us over another option based on that stated timeline. I'm passing this along so we can look at why order #881910429489 didn't move on the timeline we advertise.

Thank you so much for the kind words, and for using them every day, that really means a lot! Glad the 3D experience on your phone has been so immersive. On the laptop 3D not working yet, you're likely right that it's a settings thing rather than anything wrong with the glasses themselves, happy to help you sort that out if you'd like to reach out to our support team directly. Thanks for taking the time to share this, and for being part of the VITURE community!
