Can’t cancel my subscription, I’ve tried and I’m not getting any response

I wish to cancel my two subscriptions. I think it is impossible to do so. The instructions to cancel refer to nonexistent icons. There does not appear anyway to cancel a subscription.

I keep getting reacuring charge every month. I have never signed up for this service and it doesn't show in my Google play as a purchase. These are unauthorized and unlawful charges. Previously contacted without success.

Very nice app but the English (and math) in texts is sometimes not so good.. “Mercury is 18 times less massive than Earth” I think you mean 1/18th the mass of earth. “The year on Mercury is twice shorter than the day” The mind reels.

The Dutch translation of your English observations is horrible and a pain to the eyes! Who on Earth manages these translations for you? An AI application? I am dead sure that Dutch and Flamish readers will get fed up on your articles!
