Quick good communication

Always late. Weak compounds and increasing prices. I'm done.

What I asked for and the provider agreed to was not what I received. I had lost the weight and was looking for a maintenance dose on a recurring basis. First month was fine. Second month the dose and dollar amount doubled. I called to try and straighten this out (as there is no way through the website to control your account). Third month, the dose changed and so did the dollar amount. Vitastir does not listen. It is all about the money.

I signed up for their service and tried to cancel 2 days later while still under the "doctor review." I was suddenly approved when I tried to cancel and was told there is no refund for any order unless you are denied approval even though the product has not been shipped. I had decided to go to someone local, that is why I was cancelling. Please make sure you are 100% sure about this before ordering anything.

Typically thing run smoothly and meds arrive on time euth no gap between doses online forms are easy to fill out an understand

From the costumer service, the orders, the shipping and the quality of the product, everything is amazing. Never thought i will love this company and their products so much. Today 48lbs less, i have helped my friends and family members to also try VITAstir. Thank you for have a product that i can trust.

No way to contact anyone and no way to adjust prescription. Bad business!!

Vitastir makes ordering super easy and their products are excellent. I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 because their response time to inquiries has been a little slower than I’d prefer.
