I stared NAD+ about one month ago. It completely healed my shoulder. I injured it doing God knows what but wasn’t able to closed my car door, brush my hair, get a shirt on or off without a ton of pain. Now completely back to normal. I just started using Tirzepatide. It has really curbed my appetite. No longer having cravings and feeling full on smaller portions. I’m hoping for scale changed here soon.

They are quick at responding don’t have as good as results as non compounded but seems well

The only downfall is the nausea and the only reason I decided to give 4 stars is the price. Other than that, great product and customer support

I have loved the results of the medication. Had a small mishap with ordering but the company took care of it.
