Vital TrademarksReviews of vitaltrademarks.com

Nick was super helpful and clearly explained every step of trademarking our business name.

I trusted their advice about trademarking a slogan, but it turned out to be misleading. The officer handling my case seemed uninformed, as even a basic online search later revealed this wasn't possible. Unfortunately, I discovered this only after paying over a thousand dollars. This has been an expensive and disappointing lesson.

My experience with Javier was great.

My experience with Vital Trademark was exceptional. I’m completely satisfied with the level of service. I highly recommend Nick Davis services he walked me through the process and he became part of my family. I can call/text him anytime of the day. Thank you for your help.

Great service, worked with me at my pace - now I’m trademarked!!

I’ve had a great experience working with Vital Trademarks throughout the process of filing my three trademarks. From the beginning, the team has been supportive, professional, and very helpful in guiding me through each step of the process. I especially want to recognize Scarlet Warren, who has been incredibly supportive over these past few months. Her communication has been timely and consistent, and she has always taken the time to answer my questions, provide helpful guidance, and make sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. Having three trademarks in progress can feel like a lot to navigate, but Scarlet has made the experience much easier by being responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive. I truly appreciate the level of communication and support I’ve received. I’m very pleased with my experience with Vital Trademarks and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for guidance and assistance with the trademark process.

I am pleased with the help and professionalism of the services offered. Thank you. They have addressed all my questions or concerns. Due to the Canadian/USA differences in protocol, regulations and time. This company took the challenge and worked with it in a practical manner that greatly helped ease the process along. Trademarking through this business helps settle my Trademark in Canada, and "puts my foot in the door" to trademark at a future time, in the USA as well, and hopefully internationally. I will continue to chose Vital Trademark as my go to Trademarking experts. I am new to this process, so I dont fully understand the way it functions, so I am glad I found Vital Trademark. I feel the need to express that Scarlet Warren, and Joanna Pierce are amazingly skilled women, who excel at their profession, and have amazing customer service skills. Sincerely, Myriane Ouellette "FallenAngel's Lance"
