We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way. We understand how the currency displayed at checkout may have influenced your expectations about where your order would ship from. While our business is registered in the United States, some orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on stock availability. We recognize that this information should be clear to customers before they purchase, and we appreciate your feedback as we work to improve transparency. If you'd be willing to contact our support team at [email protected], we'd appreciate the opportunity to review your specific order and address your concerns.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful review! We’re truly sorry that both units arrived with damaged boxes and that one of the massagers was affected, but we’re incredibly glad we were able to make things right quickly and get a replacement to you in perfect condition. We completely agree that unexpected issues can happen, but what matters most is how we take care of our customers when they do. Knowing that our support made a difference in your experience means so much to our entire team. And hearing that your horses are loving their massages absolutely made our day! Thank you for trusting VitalHorse and for giving us the opportunity to earn your continued support. We’re so grateful to have you as a customer and look forward to serving you again!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that your replacement arrived safely and is working perfectly. We’re especially happy to know your horse took to the massager right away. We understand how concerning it can be to receive a package damaged in transit, so we’re glad we could make the replacement process quick and hassle-free for you, especially with the international return shipping concerns. Wishing you and your horse many comfortable sessions with your Vital Horse this winter! Thank you again for your kind words and for trusting VitalHorse.
