Disturbing label on back of product. Extremely hard to get a hold of this company.

The shipping label was cancelled for some reason. It’s been over 3 weeks- what gave you two stars was that I got a nice email response when I inquired as to where my product was.

You charge me for product that was out of stock and you didn't ship

Products I use are great, get them on time, packaged well. If I order to many I can pause the monthly order till I use them and continue with them.

I ordered, you sent. I got it. Done. No mess. no problem.

I have not received my order and I Would like my refund
