I have not received my second and third order please stop charing my account

I signed up for the automatic shipment every 15 days. The product came and I had no problem with it. But when the next shipment came I didn't realize it had actually been a month. So the next shipment came and I thought it must have been late.It wanted to get 4 of this particular product and then cancel. When I got my credit card statement I saw I was being charged every 15 days but only receiving a shipment once a month. I got my past statements and tried to reach customer service but the number on the website wouldn't go through. So I went to the last email informing me of a shipment coming up and told them I needed to talk to someone to straighten this out .They answered thru email and told me the phones were not working for a few days and they canceled my account and refunded only the shipment that was on the way. I tried that number later and got a recorded message, I left my info and never heard back. So I am asked to rate this company with 7 credit card charges for 3 received shipments, and this is still unresolved!

This may have been a legitimate at one point, but no longer. It’s a total scam. Will take your money, may respond to emails at first regarding non-delivered items, then stop responding. Don’t get robbed, avoid this business.

this business has a fake address in wyoming; look up 1309 Coffeen Ave in Seridan Wyoming, it is an abandoned gas station and the property is listed as for sale. they do not answer the phone

You NEVER answer the phone. Your website has NO way of Cancelling subscriptions! Please STOP all emails and subscriptions
