Z gorsza firma jeszcze do czynienia nie mieliśmy. Odradzam. Jesli nie chcecie mieć do czynienia z OSZUSTAMI lepiej nic u nich nie kupujcie!!! Sprzedali wadliwa lampę i nie przyjmują reklamacji, jeszcze każą samemu naprawić.

I ordered a wall sconce for my Granddaughter's room and it is beautiful but after 2 years the first hinge broke. This is the weakest point for the sconce. It cannot be fixed or replaced. It cannot be soldered, welded and they do not offer a replacement part. An $800 light no good. The company did not return my calls and offered no solution. I would not buy from this company from the standpoint of quality and customer service.

This company has horrible customer service. Make sure you don’t order anything that’s back ordered. They have no clue when something truly arrives. The date has been pushed back months now. Was told 9/5 than I was told 9/17 and now they’re saying 10/17. Really a failure of a company. They’re just taking preorder money. I wouldn’t suggest buying from this company

I am an interior designer who has worked with many different lighting companies over the years. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, order from this company. I’ve always been presented with lots of their ads, with beautiful product and a price point that would make you think you were dealing with a reputable company… As I was not trying to find discounts or deals, I wanted the best. The product is lovely, if you ever get it… And when you have to deal with customer service, which you will, over the four months it takes to receive your order, it is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. There is a lot of runaround, they do not return your calls, they do not do what they say they will, nothing is done in a timely fashion. Their website is not kept up today with actual product, they lose things and you have to make changes… And ultimately they take so long doing it that you can’t use a light fixture and there’s not an easy way to do a return, so you will be stuck with thousand dollar lights. This is the worst company I have ever done business with

I would highly caution anyone thinking of buying from this company (United Kingdom-London) to be prepared at this time that there appears to be no sales or customer support. I placed my first order in August 2026 and it went quite well. No problems and the shipment of lights arrived in South Africa as promised. Encouraged by the experience I attempted to purchase 5 more light fixtures. The shipping charges had almost doubled from the first order to another. After verifying with them over a number of emails they said this was the shipping cost. Because I really liked the style of the lights I relented and asked for a final quote/invoice like 3 times and never received another reply. All communications just stopped! So something has changed since my first order and it seems like there is no one in charge of sales and or customer service departments. Fortunately, I found another source in SA for a similar light fixture for significantly less money so a blessing in disguise. I found this review from another person that supports my experience. "Beautiful products, but the pre-sale experience is absolutely terrible. If you need a quote or any actual sales support, good luck. Reaching a human is nearly impossible, and messages go entirely ignored. It feels like they completely stop caring the moment they have to do any work to earn your business. For a luxury brand charging premium prices, this level of non-existent customer service is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and source your designer lighting from a company that actually answers their phones and emails."

I ordered 3 ceiling fans directly from VisualComfort.com. I called their customer service to ask some questions before I placed the order. The person was helpful and even asked the parts department to confirm their answer was correct. I then had to call back to correct a color choice on my order. Crystal B. was friendly, quick, and efficient with the change. She explained everything really well. Thanks Crystal!

Today I had to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission about this company. Over a month ago, on July 12, they emailed me that an order for two fixtures had been " successfully cancelled." It took copious effort--via repeated emails, phone calls, and even a filing a BBB case--to get to that confirmation of the cancellation, so of course I saved all documentation. Unfortunately, they still charged my card today for the two cancelled fixtures, emailed me a payment confirmation, and notified me of a shipping confirmation to come. The mistreatment by this company never ends.

After the light fixture I purchased malfunctioned, I contacted Visual Comfort customer service multiple times to request a replacement LED driver. However, the issue still has not been resolved. Each time I contacted them, I was told that my case had been forwarded to the appropriate department, but no one actually followed up or provided a clear shipping date or resolution timeline. I have been waiting for a long time and have spent a considerable amount of time repeatedly calling customer service. The product has a quality issue, yet the after-sales support has continued to delay the process and provide only vague responses. This has been extremely disappointing. When a product has a problem, customers should at least receive a timely and clear solution instead of being left waiting and having to contact customer service repeatedly. I wish I can give 0 star
