VisionworksReviews of visionworks.com

I emailed customer service and told them the reflective coating on my new glasses was not performing. They responded that someone from management would get in touch with me shortly, well its been 2 weeks with no response.

My husband and I had appointments at the Vision Works in St. Peters at Mid Rivers Mall store # 393. We had a great experience with the staff. The staff was very patient and helpful. The professionalism was superb. The staff names were Shenita, Mary and Dustin. I do recommend this company.

Rating: ZERO! Empire Visionworks 1028 Ridge Rd Ste 104, Webster, NY 14580 Terrible! MULTITUDE OF ERRORS made: lost glasses, failed to order trial contacts *several times*, wrong contact prescription sent by mail, disconnected several times when checking on trial contact orders and multiple trips to their location as a result of errors. Once the CORRECT Rx was FINALIZED, an extremely rude staff member by the name of Latoya (I believe?) refused to honor 50% discount on a year's contacts that was offered by their manager, Leslie, because of all the errors made. When I asked to speak with the doctor or leave message for Leslie, I was refused. HORRIBLE experience!

I shopped at Visionworks in Spokane Wa northtown mall, was so happy to have Sean help me, being an older gal he was so very helpful and guided me through the different styles and then the closing of the purchase Sean explained the Care Credit offer as well, Am very happy of my experience with Visionworks , TYVM

I bought two pairs of glasses, buy one, get one free. I spent $929.95 on Apr 18, 2022. Today December 26 (8 months later) I went to the store because one of the legs broke the screw and they told me that I did not get a breakage guarantee.

My experience at visionworks is terrible, they have no education to treat people and to get a refund you have to wait for my money for 30 days, they are not improfecions. I will never return to this place.

It appears Visionworks is not a good and reliable business since the recent reviews are all bad. Including ours. My grandsons glasses were suppose to ship to the Douglasville, GA store close to our home because we had to do the exam in Fayetteville GA, because of insurance. We gave the store our home address, phone number, etc in Georgia to let us know when they would be in. For some reason, they shipped my grandsons glasses to an old address we had years ago in Tennessee. The glasses didn't even ship to either Visionworks store. What could go wrong???? Everything!!!! Waiting to see how long it will be to correct the mistake and if they in fact do correct the mistake.

The worst customer service ever known in the history of eye glass wear history. Do not under any circumstances, ever, ever, ever go through them for purchasing eye wear. They have no way of contacting anyone of usefulness or importance when something is wrong with your order and they could care less about fixing it in a timely manner.
