Terrible- won’t order again. First the website said if I bought $100 worth of wine- so I did and it charged me $20 for shipping. I notified company, they said oops - it’s $150 for free shipping. Website had a glitch... shipping is $20 for your order. 2nd. I placed order on Sept 2nd. It cleared my credit card by Sept 3rd. And today is Sept 9th and order has still not shipped. I reached out to company again & they said, “we’re busy!” 🤦♀️

I got the wine I ordered promptly and Rachel was wonderful in helping me. I have been a member of another wine club in the past. I will become a Vinovation Club member and am looking forward to more great wine and SUOER customer service! Thank you, Rachel!

very quick and very painless I was advised within an hour of my order that only 9 bottles of the case I ordered were available. They sent three bottles of a higher value to complete the order well done

I signed up for an event. Most people working didn’t even know about. It was never cancelled and I ended up encouraged to use my coupon I was given at another event for an overpriced bottle of wine. I wasn’t even going to get that without providing my email. No taps were open to try anything either. This was a total waste of my trip to the Sharon store.

As we explained, we were preparing for a big event that week. Our 40 wine taps are open during non-event times. Further, we more than accommodated you with a $20 bottle of wine for your trouble when the offer was to be used online only. We apologize you think the trip was a waste of your time. Perhaps you can re-visit us in the future for an event.
Missa was fabulous! Decadent food and wine pairings along with the most amazing sunset in the Boston Harbor, it doesn’t get much better than that! Highly recommend this experience!
