You substituted 6 bottles of another wine because you had limited supply of what I ordered. It wasn't as good. But you did ok.

Mr. Weisman, We source our wines from smaller boutique and artisanl vineyards from around the world. Therefore, the supply is limited and we make every effort to meet the demand. Let us know if we an do more for your future order.

The wine was amazing and my husband and I loved the many choices we had . Having it delivered to our front door was a added bonus . We highly recommend doing business with them.

One of my four bottles broke in transit, which was very disappointing, but the customer service team was able to quickly get a replacement bottle sent to me and even included an additional as an apology for the inconvenience.
