I cannot say how happy I am to find vinovations!!! I was looking for Moldovan wine and they are the only ones having a great variety of selection and also delivering to Los Angeles. Very professional and pleasant experience! Will definitely order again.

I needed help mailing wine bottles for bridesmaid proposals out of state. VINOvations was very helpful and had suggestions on packages. I got custom engraved bottles and glasses that shipped and arrived the day after purchase. I would definitely recommend the service!

Order was damaged in shipment. Not your fault but no update from you and I had to inquire. My card has been charged and I still don't have my order. Poor customer service you should have been on top of this situation.

We use FedEx to ship and do not receive any notifications when a case is damaged until it is returned to us. We have informed you a new shipment would be going out once we receive the damaged package back. Broken/damaged packages happen but it is infrequent. We apologize for the inconvenience as we have no control over FedEx and their handling of the packages.
