Poor support & No Help
I’ve spent more than two weeks trying to obtain simple replacement parts for this cleaner. I provided photos, the Amazon order number, and a clear list of the exact parts needed. None of those details were addressed in your responses, and the final message I received was a generic warranty script that did not relate to the actual issue. Since no meaningful support was offered, I have posted factual reviews on Amazon and Google describing my experience. At this point, I am closing the matter. Regards, Bud B.
